Qualified to Yoga Alliance 200 hour standard, with First Aid training and fully insured, I offer a meditative vinyasa practice tailored to your needs. I will speed up or slow down the practice according to your body and your state of mind – it is my intention that you will leave stretched, strengthened and relaxed in both body and mind.

Finally, I conclude with a meditation to enable you to access your inner calm. Om.

I first applied to be a yoga teacher in 2008 and a small bundle in the form of our 3rd child arrived, so the plans went on hold.

Finally, I qualified in January 2020 and am so happy to be offering classes to complement conscious parenting.
