Meeting every month over 6 months, this is a programme to nourish sustained parenting change. A small, closed and confidential group, we will meet for an hour a month to practice the content learned in The Basics.
We will also meet for a weekly short live meditation to build up a strong mindfulness practice, enhancing your tools to become a more consistently conscious parent. All meditation sessions are recorded and are yours to keep for life.
Many report huge benefit from Conscious Parenting: The Basics, and want to embed their learning and hone the skills they acquired: this programme is for The Basics graduates who are ready for a deeper dive into securing this approach to parenting.
In between sessions, I will support you via an exclusive WhatsApp group and a 1 hour 1:1 session will be available to book at your convenience, according to your needs, during the 6 month period.
